TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE SLEEP FATTENS THE BODY

 Be carefull not oversleep or deny yourself sleep .There were reports in the new york times newspapere that if you slerp too much ,You greww fatter and when you didn't sleep at all ,the situation worsened .It really is very hard escaping this one trap that involves sleep .

Soon we will be time our selves on clocks or  mobile phones or our computers and laptops inside home so that we don't over sleep or under sleep ,the wise and the foolish ,all alike .Theres is no way out or if not so, you will have to bear with the situation.
